   Cherry Tomato Weighing and Packaging System 

    In the modern fruit processing industry, small-sized fruits such as cherries and cherry tomatoes have high market demand, but their small size, irregular shape, and vulnerability to damage pose challenges to efficient and standardized packaging. To solve the problem, the Cherry Tomato Weighing and Packaging System (also known as the Small-size Fruits Linear Filling System) has been specially developed.

 

    This fully automated packaging line integrates multiple core functions, realizing a seamless connection from feeding, weighing, filling to container handling, labeling, data printing and palletizing, and has become a key equipment in the small-sized fruit processing and packaging field.

 

 

System composition:

1. Independent Vibrating & Feeding Machine

    As the starting link of the packaging line, the independent vibrating & feeding machine suits small-sized fruits. It feeds evenly via gentle vibration, with adjustable amplitude/frequency to avoid damage and ensure stable material supply.

2. Inclined Conveyor

    The inclined conveyor undertakes the task of transporting fruits from the feeding machine to the multihead weigher. Its inclined design saves floor space and optimizes the layout of the production line. The conveyor belt is made of food-grade materials that are non-stick, wear-resistant and easy to clean, which not only ensures food safety but also reduces the friction between fruits and the belt, further protecting the integrity of the fruits.

3. Multihead Weigher

    As the core weighing component of the system, the multihead weigher is the key to ensuring packaging accuracy. It adopts advanced weighing technology and is equipped with multiple weighing hoppers. While receiving fruits, it can quickly and accurately measure the weight of materials. Through intelligent algorithm calculation, it combines the weights of different hoppers to achieve the target weighing value, with an error range as small as grams.

4. Adjustable Working Platform

    The adjustable working platform is flexibly set according to the height of the multihead weigher, filling line and other equipment. It can be raised or lowered according to actual production needs to adapt to different specifications of packaging containers and the installation environment of the production line.

5. Double-station Box Filling and Cap Tapping Line

    The double-station box filling and cap tapping line is the core of the filling and sealing link. It adopts a double-station design, which can realize the parallel operation of filling and capping, greatly improving production efficiency. When the weighed fruits fall into the plastic clamshell containers through the discharge port, the line first completes the precise positioning and filling of the containers, and then quickly taps the caps. The whole process is automated without manual intervention, which not only improves the packaging speed but also ensures the consistency of the sealing quality.
